Your inquiry

When you contact Rodeo Spas, we use the details you provide to respond and help with your service request. Our website contact form sends your name, email and message to Netlify Forms. That inquiry is separate from our website analytics. Please do not put payment details or other sensitive information in the message box.

How we measure website activity

Internet Crafters helps us understand which public pages are useful and whether the website is working. Its reporting can include page paths, timestamps, a temporary session identifier stored for the browser tab, selected campaign tags, link actions, form attempts and accepted form submissions. Phone and email clicks mean someone started that action—not that a call connected or an email was sent. Directions clicks do not track your location. Contact totals count actions, not distinct people.

The analytics collector does not receive form answers, phone numbers or email addresses from links, arbitrary URL query strings, or full browser error messages. Browser errors are grouped by structural code location. Search/AI crawler reporting uses the requested public page, time, request metadata and a hashed network address for operational controls; we do not show raw IP addresses in the portal. Crawler names come from claimed user-agent signatures, not verified identities.

Browser privacy settings

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the Internet Crafters collector switches to reduced, anonymous-mode reporting: minute-rounded page views and generic action counts, without a session identifier, campaign attribution, contact-action details or browser-error reports. This reduces the information collected; it is not a promise that the hosting provider sees no network request.

Storage and other services

Raw portal analytics events are kept for 90 days. Historical totals and grouped error records may be kept longer. Access is limited to authorized people managing the site. Error alerts stay in the management portal; they do not automatically send email or create support tickets.

The site is hosted by Netlify, and the Internet Crafters portal is hosted on fortrabbit. Those services have their own operational logs. Existing Google tag-manager/analytics code and Uploadcare image delivery are separate services; the reduced reporting mode described above controls our new collector, not those independent services.
